Booking Terms & Conditions
You can book and reserve your spaces here via credit Card ( Visa or Mastercard ). Dolphin Seafaris operates a minimum 48 hours notice non refundable cancellation policy with all bookings due to limited space and availability of our tours. If you change your plans, you must notify us immediately.
We do not accept American Express.
Once a trip has been booked and confirmed, you must be at the designated pick up point for the trip in plenty of time as the vessel departs on time each day. If you do not show up for the trip on time and miss the sailing, you will be charged the full amount of the tour.
We will require customers to call the night before their expected trip for a confirmation on if weather and sea conditions are permitting for the following day.
Gift Vouchers and Standby vouchers must be used prior to 1st May in the season they have been issued and are only valid for that period. If they are not used within the current season they cannot be transferred to the following year / season.
