Booking Terms & Conditions
You can pay for your trip when you book by either: Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard or Cash. we accept all major Credit and Debit Cards
You can book and reserve your spaces here via credit Card ( Visa or Mastercard ). Your card details will be held on our system as security for the booking and you will not be charged until the day of the trip. Dolphin Seafaris operates a minimum 72 hours notice cancellation policy with all bookings due to limited space and availability of our tours. If you change your plans, you must notify us immediately.
Once a trip has been booked and confirmed, you must be at the designated pick up point for the trip in plenty of time as the vessel departs on time each day. If you do not show up for the trip on time and miss the sailing, you will be charged the full amount of the tour. If you have paid in advance for any tour that is canceled due to weather conditions, a full refund will be made to you.
We will require a contact cell phone or Motel phone number for trip confirmation the night before
Gift Vouchers and Standby vouchers must be used prior to 1st May in the season they have been issued and are only valid for that period. If they are not used within the current season they cannot be transferred to the following year / season.
